The Event
In celebration of International Women’s Day, OPE partnered with SolarBuddy to launch One Light Only Festival – a virtual event premier featuring a range of prominent Australian artists and performers banding together to create a brighter future for women and girls across the world.
On Purpose served as virtual event planners for the festival, helping with the production of the live streaming, the design of the online event program and speaker and performer briefings. We worked closely with event AV partner NW group to ensure the technical delivery was flawless.

The Result
The event was delivered from a professional broadcasting studio in Sydney and streamed to attendees via private youtube link with performance both in-studio and via remote feed.
On screen ad banners prompted live donations in addition to a moderated interactive audience Q&A feed. The event resulted in $9,855 in donations which increased the total number of lights sent to children in Madagascar to 2,000 which positively impacted 10,000 lives.
