The evening featured a premium seafood tasting menu crafted by Sala’s award-winning chefs, live product storytelling from the Emperas team, and a cinematic brand reveal moment that highlighted the pristine Chilean waters where the salmon is sourced. A custom light projection installation, oceanic colour palette, and refined styling aesthetic elevated the guest experience, while sustainable event design choices — including minimal print collateral and locally sourced décor — aligned with both Aquachile’s and OP Events’ shared environmental values.
