The Event

Danone partnered with OP Events to coordinate the Danone ANZ 2024 Conference, staged across multiple venues on the Gold Coast, including the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Imperial Hotel, and YOT Club. With 250+ attendees from across Australia and New Zealand, the goal was to deliver a dynamic, memorable experience that aligned with Danone’s strategic objectives of fostering leadership, accountability, and team collaboration.

The conference opened with an Olympic-themed grand ceremony representing Danone’s diverse global workforce and featured national flags and a spirited march that set the tone for teamwork, inclusion and celebration. Throughout the event, delegates participated in targeted workshops such as the HOPE workshop, Lead with People, Keep it Simple, Be Accountable, and Walk the Talk, stimulating diverse perspectives and nurturing personal and professional growth.

Social events included dinners, interactive games, and team-building exercises, such as Danone Athletics at Hollindale Park and team building games at the beach. One of the highlights of the conference was the Awards Night, followed by dancing and festivities, bringing the community together in celebration of achievements.
