The Event

Our good friends at Intro travel called on us to design a luxury yet authentic incentive group travel trip to motivate, reward and inspire their exceptional achievers. Intro themselves being a leading, multi-award winning global youth travel company – the stakes were high.

We devised a 5-day itinerary across central and regional destinations in magical Bali, a short transit from Australian HQ and a vibrant destination with a warm culture and an abundance of natural beauty.

The Result

Welcome drinks were enjoyed over a fiery orange sunset and a private dinner hosted at famed Balinese restaurant Barbacoa. Cultural balinese experiences were incorporated with visits to local bustling markets, cycling tours through lush rice fields and gentle yoga classes at sunrise.

The trip highlight was the group stay in a luxury clifftop villa resort at Ungasan with traditional balinese banquet served in a private beach overlooking the azure blue waters of the Indian ocean. Late night fireside chats and magical shared bonding took place surrounding crackling beach bonfires. An inspiring and highly motivational trip that left attendees mesmerised with the beauty of Bali and feeling truly appreciated by the organisation.
