The Event
AQ, the peak youth travel industry body for Queensland sought an experienced events company to deliver a showstopping conference and gala for the AUS & NZ travel industry.

The industry-led conference and gala provided a relaxed forum for community members to gain insight into the latest industry trends, and share knowledge and ideas through dynamic panel sessions and keynotes.
The evening gala awards dinner rewarded youth tourism operators for their dedication and hard work, and recognised top achievers across the industry.

The Result
On Purpose facilitated full scale event management of the annual Youth Tourism Conference and Adventure Tourism Awards.

Attendees came together in the Gold Coast to learn, solve and connect on the diverse challenges facing the Australia and New Zealand tourism industry during a curated 1-day conference and gala program.
The results were astounding, with 230+ businesses nominated and 14,000 votes cast for the prestigious awards. Winners were recognised across 34 categories during the awards night attended by 300+ industry members.
