The Event

Australia’s largest asset finance broker group chose OP Events for full-service event management of their annual 2.5-day conference and trade show program for 250+ attendees.

The brief was to nurture a sense of community amongst members, celebrate top performers, and provide brokers, financiers and sponsors with an inspiring forum to learn, grow and connect.

One of the key challenges was to create a unified message and sense of cohesion across multiple business units, and provide a refreshing and reinvigorating experience for delegates.

The Result

OP events produced a multi-staged conference, trade show, gala awards and partner excursion program hosted in multiple venue spaces located across the spectacular resort destination of Hamilton Island. Attendees were hosted across 2 hotels based on client category and exec level.

Delegates came together in conference to collaborate, share challenges and opportunities, and enjoy the very best of Whitsunday Island hospitality. The event concluded with the plenary space transformed into a showstopping gala awards evening that quite literally took attendees’ breath away.
