The Event

Inform Group, a regular client of ours, called upon us to host their third annual client appreciation event. Our brief is clear – to ensure each event reflects Inform’s unique brand personality and values, drives brand affinity and establishes deeper client relationships.

The chosen event venue was Beta Bar in Sydney, creating a unique juxtaposition between old and new to embody the “Tron Futurism” inspired theme.

The Result

Inform’s narrative of innovation and creativity in media was brought to life through LED robot dance shows, daft punk DJ sets and neon cocktail-making stations with custom menus.

Captivating entertainment and playful interactive stations created excitement around the brand and provided Inform with the opportunity to spend time with important clients and representatives in an imaginative yet informal setting.

The evening concluded with a wow-factor fully choreographed LED dance show showcasing the client’s brand “Inform” digitally onto the robots shields.
